In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms. The first one has a double bed and the second two singles which can turn into a double if you wish so. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need (oven, fridge with freezer. Cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay, and yes, the apartment is fully air-conditioned.
Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you.
The entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Stay in one of the best & safest areas of Athens, and walk everywhere. Syntagma - Plaka - Acropolis - Monastiraki - Kolonaki - Acropolis Museum - Platia Karitsi Bar neighborhood - Ermou Shopping Street: they are ALL within walking distance, from 1 MINUTE away to a maximum of 15 minutes. The safest area of Athens, in a lively neighborhood with everything open 24/7. Walk less than a minute and get the metro, ta(hidden) bus!
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
