Modern apartment in Athens!
Fresh, clean, and just renovated! The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Acropolis, near Koukaki's famous area, and can host up to 8 guests.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them are on the main floor and the other one in the attic. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and a comfortable double bed except one, which has two single.
In the living room, you will find a relaxing sofa with a flat TV and a dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7.
Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets from top-quality brands. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Syggrou Fix is the closest Metro station.
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
