Modern apartment in Athens!
This renovated apartment (summer 2022) is a heartbeat away from Acropolis, in the famous and historic area of Plaka!
The apartment is located in a very strategic place, in Plaka, just under Acropolis. This is not a joke at all, you will be in the heart of Athens and I mean it! The apartment has a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with a flat TV each and two bathrooms!
To get the apartment there is no elevator. You have to climb ten steps to enter the apartment. The whole property is fully air-conditioned and there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water 24/7. For the winter there is the option for heating with natural gas at extra cost.
Of course, the beds are already made-up, with freshly ironed sheets of top quality. Furthermore, there are clean towels for every single of you. The entire property has free Wi-Fi!
Acropolis is the closest Metro station.
Please keep in mind that electricity costs included in the monthly rent price BUT Guests are liable for any electricity/heating costs above the sum of 100 euros (estimation).
For bookings of more than 3 months: the deposit is based on a different agreement.
Based on the GR Law for short-term bookings to 60 days, the tenants need to pay extra the following costs:
1). 13% VAT on the total cost of the booking.
2). City Tax is 0.50 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 1.5 euros per day for the period March - Oct (For detached houses over 80 sqm the City Tax is 4 euros per day for the period Nov - Feb and 10 euros per day for the period March - Oct).
3). The residence fee for transients is 0.5%.
