The apartment is located in Athens City Center.
In terms of transportation, the area is well-connected to the rest of the city by public transportation, including buses and the metro. This makes it easy for residents to get around and explore all that Athens has to offer.
Please keep the following in mind:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited - the security deposit will be kept in case the tenant smokes.
- Monthly free cleaning services for stays of more than 1 month.
- There is no elevator in the building.
- The studio is located in a semi-basement but it is really bright.
