Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche / Pantry mit 2-Platten-Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. WLAN - ohne zusätzlichen Kosten - ist auch vorhanden! Im Wohnbereich und auch im Schlafzimmer steht jeweils ein Flachbildschirm-Fernseher.

Die Wohnung ist für Selbstversorger!

Eine Terrasse auf der Südwest-Seite mit Gartenmöbeln lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein Grill kann gestellt werden.
Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung; auf der Terrasse und im Garten darf selbstverständlich geraucht werden.

Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Die Wohnung ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zur S-Bahn Richtung Hamburg erreichbar sowie sehr verkehrsgünstig zur A1 Ostsee / Lübeck und A24 gelegen.

Sie sind bei uns ganz nah an der Natur (hinter dem Haus sind im Sommer Pferde, Rehe und Feldhasen zu sehen) und auch ganz schnell im Hamburger Zentrum, wenn Sie es wollen. Supermärkte wie ALDI, EDEKA und BUDNIKOWSKI befinden sich in 2 km Nähe.

The apartment has a living area of approx. 56 sqm and consists of a living/dining area with a sofa bed and a separate bedroom with another two sleeping places. The apartment has a kitchen / pantry with 2-plate stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. WLAN - without additional costs - is also available! In the living area and also in the bedroom there is a flat screen TV.

The apartment is for self-catering!

A terrace on the southwest side with garden furniture invites you to stay. A grill can be placed.
This is a non-smoking apartment; smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the garden.

Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is within 10 minutes walking distance to the suburban railway in direction Hamburg and very conveniently located to the A1 Baltic Sea / Lübeck and A24.

You are very close to nature (behind the house you can see horses, deer and field hares in summer) and also very quickly in the centre of Hamburg, if you wish. Supermarkets like ALDI, EDEKA and BUDNIKOWSKI are in 2 km proximity.
