The accommodation:
The 70m² apartment has been freshly renovated & furnished to a high standard. It is located in an old building in the beautiful old town of Magdeburg (city center).

In the immediate vicinity are the main train station, City Carré, restaurants, cinema, GALERIA and sights (eg the Hundertwasserhaus or the cathedral).
3min away is also the Elbeschwimmhalle incl. sauna and steam bath.
The Elbe is also not too far away and invites you to a relaxing walk.
Whether for business travelers or families. With us, everything is taken care of.

Start your day with a healthy organic nespresso coffee or end the evening in front of the TV with a tea from our rich organic tea assortment. The range of delivery services is also very large.

The brand new kitchen is top equipped and offers you everything you need to cook. Organic olive oil, organic vinegar, salt, pepper and much more included. In addition to an induction hob and oven, you also have a microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A bar table with 4 stools offers enough space for a delicious breakfast with the family or serves as a workplace with high-speed WLAN.

The bedroom has two beds. A comfortable king size (1.80m wide) and a queen size bed (1.40m wide) with premium hotel linens and fluffy hotel towels.

The adjoining living room offers another queen size bed in the form of a pull-out sofa bed (1.60m wide).

Please let us know when booking if bedding should be provided for the couch or if it should already be prepared as a bed. Especially for bookings for 3 or 4 persons, we otherwise do not know if both beds in the bedroom or only one bed and the couch have to be prepared.

In addition, you will find in the living room a large table (extendable to 2m) with 6 chairs to work or eat and a 43" smart TV with 4K.

Of course, you can also use the sitting area or the spacious couch to enjoy your meal, read a book or just switch off.

The newly renovated bathroom has a bathtub with showerhead, so wellness moments are pre-programmed.
Of course, we provide fresh towels and bathroom essentials.
You will also find a washing machine, which you can of course use free of charge. Laundry rack and iron/ironing board are also at your disposal.

Access for guests:
The whole apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!

Other important notes:
- Please let us know at the time of booking if bedding should be provided for the couch or if it should already be prepared as a bed. Especially for bookings for 3 or 4 persons, we do not know if both beds in the bedroom or only one bed and the couch have to be prepared. Thank you.
- The access is not barrier-free despite the elevator.
- For long-term stays, we clean the apartment monthly and change the hotel bed linen/towels. We also offer more frequent cleanings for an extra charge.

Extra Services:
- On request we can also provide highchairs and cribs for children.
- There is a communal dryer available for a fee.
- From June, NETFLIX access will be available to our guests.
