The fully equipped apartment, which was completed for the first occupancy at the beginning of 2022, is located on the ground floor of the so-called Ludwigscarreé, which was completely renovated in 2020-2021. On 85sqm of living space you will find a large living-dining room with counter to the new fitted kitchen, a bedroom with secretary, a bathroom with shower, double sink and washing machine as well as a separate guest toilet and the hallway. From there, a city bus will also take you to all corners of the city in a few minutes, such as the public bath, the library or the train station. From here Speyer is connected every half hour by an S-Bahn connection with all important cities of the region. Mannheim, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, or even the airport in Frankfurt are within easy reach. For excursions in and around Speyer, you can also use the rental bicycles from Next-Bike, for which there is a base near the apartment.
