The accommodation
Here you'll be able to plan your adventure-filled days to perfection over morning coffee on the wonderful balcony with sunrise views.

UPPER FLOOR:
Your flat has a master bedroom on the upper floor.
The beds can be pushed together to create a king-size bed.
You also have your own walk-in wardrobe and your own guest toilet.

LOWER FLOOR:
The second bedroom is located on the lower floor.
This is equipped with a comfortable queen-size box-spring bed (1,40x200CM), cosy armchairs to relax and read, as well as a chest of drawers for your clothes.

In addition, there is already the first workstation with desk, chair and pleasant yellow LED table lamp, in case you need to use your laptop, I also provide you with a LAN cable that leads directly into the bedroom.

Right next to the queen-size bedroom is your fully equipped kitchen for your dinner party evenings.
This kitchen has basics like microwave, freezer, fridge, oven, dishwasher, bottle and can opener, drip down coffee pot, knife block, to things like spaghetti, rice, oil and spices in case you need a quick meal on your first night after arrival, like spaghetti pesto or fried rice.

You'll also find everything you need for your morning routine, such as different types of tea and your good old coffee, whether regular or decaffeinated.

The bathroom has a beautiful shower with sliding walls.
There is also a wonderful LED mirror.
The basics such as shampoo, soap, hairdryer and feminine hygiene products are also provided here.

In the living/dining room you will find the two further sleeping options, which include the sofa bed, as well as a large sofa bed that has the same dimensions as a single bed.

This is also the area where you can spend your evenings together.
You can choose whether you want to sit on the couch in front of the TV or have dinner together at the dining table, which can seat up to 6 people.
The TV offers cable programmes.
In addition, streaming platforms such as Netflix and Amazon prime are available for login.

Last but not least, on the lower floor of the flat you will of course find the much sought-after balcony, where you can either relax on the cuddly soft pallet couch under the sun awning or turn it into an outdoor workspace thanks to a railing table.

In the basement of the house is the laundry room, where you can wash your clothes during longer stays.
Laundry racks and irons, as well as the board, can be found in your flat's closet under the stairs.

You will also find parking spaces for your car along the road in front of the accommodation. Unfortunately, these cannot be guaranteed as they are public.
At the side of the house you will also find access to the rubbish bin yard if you are planning to stay for a longer period of time.
Access for guests
The access to your accommodation is keyless and uncomplicated, via the NUKI-APP. You can use this to access the flat at all times during your stay.
