This lovely apartment is fully furnished and provides everything you need in order to feel really at home.
The apartment is located in the beautiful district Essen-Schonnebeck and there are various shopping possibilities (Aldi, Edeka and Rossman) that are within walking distance. Furthermore, there are green areas which are perfect to relax and unwind and there are various restaurants and a pharmacy closeby.

You can easily reach the city center within 12 minutes by car and there is a bus that takes you directly to the center.

Diese gemütliche Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bietet alles was man braucht um sich richtig zuhause zu fühlen.
Die Wohnung liegt in dem schönen Stadtteil Essen-Schonnebeck und es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Edeka und Rossmann), die fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Zudem gibt es Grünflächen zum Entspannen und ebenso sind diverse Restaurants und eine Apotheke in der Nähe.

Die Stadtanbindung ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen Bus, der direkt in die Innenstadt fährt und mit dem Auto erreichen Sie die Innenstadt in 12 Minuten.

Im Winter werden die Wohnungen max. 21 Grad warm. Eine Waschmaschine ist gegen eine geringe Gebühr nutzbar im Haus.
