Diese Wohnung ist in einem Altbau von 1900, aber vor 10 Jahren komplett kernsaniert worden.

Die Hausordnung wird bei Schlüsselübergabe überreicht.
Bitte beachten Sie das Rauchverbot innerhalb der Wohnung. Rauchen auf der Terrasse ist aber erlaubt.
Leider können wir keine Haustiere zulassen.

Public transport is directly accessible on short distances. Shopping is possible in the immediate vicinity until midnight.
This apartment is in an old building from 1900, but 10 years ago completely renovated.

The house rules are handed over with key delivery.
Please note the smoking ban inside the apartment. Smoking on the terrace is allowed.
