This beautiful and high-quality furnished apartment was completed in March 2019, is located on the 4th floor and is centrally located in Unterbilk. The kitchen niche is well equipped including a ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, and Nespresso machine and offers a stylish seating area with a pull-out table.
In the living and sleeping area, there is a bed, 1.40 cm wide and with drawers for extra storage space, a smart TV and an armchair that invites you to linger. There is a built-in closet in the hallway.
The new oak parquet covers the entire living space. Here was furnished with great attention to detail.
The cost for a second or additional person is 50 euros per month.
The apartment is on the first floor.
