The offered 2-room apartment is located in a completely renovated and furnished apartment building, which was completed in July 2018.
The stylishly furnished apartment has a modern living room, a cosy bedroom, a large separate kitchen and a bathroom. The balcony facing the inner courtyard invites you to linger.
All rooms are fully equipped and offer everything for everyday use. The kitchen has cooking utensils, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dining area.
The apartment also has its own washing machine, which has found a place in the built-in closet thanks to a carpenter. An iron, towels and sheets are also in the apartment. There is also space for a large flat-screen TV in the living room.
There is a stylish workplace in the hallway niche. The hallway leads to the bedroom, which is equipped with a large built-in closet, a bed (140cm x 200cm) and a side table. Modern living accessories give each room a special feel-good character. The rooms can be darkened by the curtains in the living room and bedroom.
The cost for a second or additional person is 50 euros per month.
