Perfect loft located in Duisburg

All apartments werde completely renovated in 2022 and have a size of approx. 50 sqm each. The apartments are spread over four floors. Two separate bedrooms make them ideal for families but also small craft groups. They also offer a pleasant living situation for single travelers and couples. Our rooms and upholstered furniture are cleaned with an air and cleaning system, so we can guarantee a mite-free mattress. This makes our apartments very suitable for allergy sufferers. The other equipment includes:
Kitchen: the apartments have a kitchenette with dining table, with space for up to four people. The kitchenette is equipped with everything needed to serve one or more people. This includes a refrigerator, hotplates and a water and coffee maker, as well as cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with shower, towels, hand soap as well as a hair dryer.
Bedrooms: Maximum comfort in a stylish ambience - that's what the bedrooms are supposed to offer. The apartments have two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed using a specially developed system. Therefore, a total of four sleeping places are available per apartment. Bed linen is of course provided, as is closet space for clothing and accessories.

THE LOCATION:
The apartments are located in a quiet side street near Friedrich-Ebert-Street and the A42 freeway, with direct access road.
In just a few minutes walking distance you can reach numerous shopping facilities for your daily needs on Friedrich-Ebert-Street and stops for public transport, which will take you comfortably through the entire Ruhr area. Also the impressive landscape parc Duisburg-Nord is suitable by car within a few minutes.
