In the living room you will find a combined living and sleeping area for up to four people, with a large double bed, a fold-out couch and an extra bed, there is also a TV here. In the adjoining kitchenette you will find a kettle and a toaster. In the entrance area of the apartment you will find the bathroom, with shower and hairdryer. If you want to wash or iron, you can do so as well.

The apartment building is located in the city centre of Dortmund. From here it is only a few minutes to reach public transport, bars, restaurants and all shops for daily needs.

* Electricity consumption of 60 kWh per month as well as cold water consumption of 2,6 m3, hot water of 1 m3 per month and heating of 60 units are included in the rent.
