The rent is 1.300 € per month including all additional costs (also Wifi).

Visits can be arranged at any time by appointment. The apartment is a self-contained apartment in a detached house with its own entrance and staircase, equipped with:
- A complete kitchen with kitchenette, stove, refrigerator,
Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, as well as all necessary cooking utensils.
