It has a small bath with a bathtub. A TV and free WiFi are included. Please note that the apartment is on the first floor and there is a bar on the ground floor of the building. It can get noisy during the week and mostly during the weekends!On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 66.00 per week possible.City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity.The apartment, however, is located in a quiet corner of the quarter and is ideal for working people or students. Cologne´s main station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is 20 minutes walking distance.
