The rent amounts to 1150 € and includes all additional costs, like heating, also the electricity, as well as complete furnishing, like pots, dishes, Nespresso machine, vacuum cleaner, television, washing machine and much more. The apartment is ready to move in and everything is available. If something is still missing, which makes sense, we will buy it.
The apartment is tiled white throughout, very bright, equipped with underfloor heating. In both rooms it has floor-deep windows with a rounderker in each room. The flat is cut extraordinarily beautifully. The calm south balcony looks into the greenery. A locked bicycle parking bay and a laundry room with washing machine belong to the object. The apartment is completely rented with all furniture and decorations. The apartment is completely renovated and the kitchen is as good as new. Crockery and all items of daily use are included in the rent, except towels and bed linen.
