There is also a small work area and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, a kettle and a Nespresso machine. In the basement there is a washing machine, a dryer (for a fee) and a bicycle cellar. The house has a spacious roof terrace that can be used communally. Parking garages/underground garages are nearby.The price also includes an on-site caretaker service, 2x monthly cleaning, 2x monthly bed linen change, 2x monthly set of towels.
