Lizzy's studio is on the first floor of a quiet 3-family house. The property is located in the north of Cologne in a quiet residential area of ​​Cologne Pesch with optimal transport connections. In just a few minutes by car you can reach the A1 and A57 motorways and also the S-Bahn stop with a direct connection to Cologne city center.
Lizzy's studio with approx. 18 square meters of living space was extensively renovated and exclusively furnished in 2021. In the living area, high-quality “design vinyl” floor coverings ensure a comfortable living environment and visually appealing design. The practical small pantry kitchen is integrated into the room. It offers a sink with two hotplates and a refrigerator with freezer compartment as well as two large wall cupboards with space for dishes and all other necessary kitchen utensils.
The studio is equipped with a very high-quality 1.80 m wide box spring bed and offers enough space for two adults. From here you can enjoy the complete TV program on the wall-mounted Smart TV with satellite reception and internet access. This room is complemented by a large desk, a comfortable sofa, two wardrobes with plenty of storage space, a full-length mirror and a coat rack.
