We designed a place for a new environment created for students, young professionals/interns, who want to spend a season in a beautiful WG in Beuel, specially made for you.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house is a historic charming house of the floors, with a nice garden. Total surface of 350 sqm, and has a garden bike storage, cellar, laundry, little fitness room and party room.
On the second and third floor of the house are located this duplex apartment with a surface area of 180 sqm, 6 double rooms (surface from 12 to 25 sqm)

ROOM 10 :
20 sqm. Located upstairs (third floor)
the room is fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, internet, door lock, central heating, ready to use.
Sam The price includes heating, chimney sweep, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV tax), a flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and maintenance and repair services.
The deposit refundable at the end of the stay.
OTHERS
We make a contract with an option to do the register ("Anmeldung" at the city council). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
A virtual tour/photos 360 degrees, is also possible.
The contract is fortnightly.

Visitors
Visitors with an overnight stay on the property, only short stays are allowed. These must be notified in advance. For the use of the basic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.). The tenant will have to pay for his/ her guest 5 EUR per day which can be paid by bank transfer.
Housmates
Range age between 22 to 37 years old. International environment. Most of them are young professionals, some are students and others are doing internships.
Services
All the property equipment and basic services (water, electricity, gas, internet, Tax tv), maintenance and repair services are included in the rental price.
Pets and smoking
Are not allowed on the property.
Registration (Anmeldung)
We make a contract with an option to do the register (Anmeldung). For contracts with a minimum stay of 3 months.
