Our charming penthouse apartment is located in the middle of Lower Saxony, between Harz and Heide, in the center of the Burgwedel district of Wettmar.
The house was built in 2022 according to the most modern standards, barrier-free and with a lift. It is one of the tallest buildings in town, so that all rooms and the terrace of the light-flooded apartment on the top floor offer charming views of the village, the surrounding area and the adjacent forests.
Approx. 85 m² of living space and an additional approx. 36 m² roof terrace invite you to spend unforgettable moments with family and friends.

Furnishing
This apartment is designed for 4 people in a comfortable long-term stay, but is also suitable for 6 people thanks to the sofa bed in the living room and the large outdoor area with seating.
The two bedrooms each have a box spring bed (180x200cm), a spacious closet and a 32 inch TV with Netflix access. Rocking chairs or armchairs, large mirrors, appealing modern decoration and electric blackout blinds ensure comfort and relaxation.
Bed linen is of course provided free of charge.
The sofa bed in the living area offers two more sleeping places.
The modern bathroom (9m²) has a large, open, walk-in shower and plenty of storage space for all the little things you need in the bathroom.
In the cozy, stylishly decorated living area, a large sofa invites you to relax and the 65 inch TV with sound system and Netflix access promises the best entertainment.
The large glass front to the terrace can be opened in the middle and makes not only sunsets, but also northern German "Schietwetter" an experience.
The fully equipped open kitchen in the living area offers space for cooking together or relaxing on the kitchen island with a wine or a cocktail. Coffee machine, dishwasher, induction cooker, oven and microwave are available, as well as a free-standing fridge-freezer.
The stunning west-facing roof terrace offers a large dining table for 6, a chill lounge and a heated temperature-adjustable jacuzzi. Sunsets and starry skies become unique experiences in the whirlpool.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the storage room.
There is very fast WLAN access in all rooms and Gigabit LAN connections are also available in every room.
The entire apartment has underfloor heating, so you don't have to worry about cold feet even in winter.
