About the room
Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life, such as a large wardrobe, table and chair for work with a lamp, and a bed with a premium mattress with bedsheets, pillows and duvets included. Some rooms come with a private or shared balcony or terrace for you to enjoy the sunshine.

About the apartment
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher and oven for those team-dinners. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.

About the property
The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and being part of the community. You can be cooking meals with your flatmates in the fully equipped kitchens, spending time in the comfortable common area on the first floor, or having a sundowner on one of the terraces overlooking the city.

About the neighbourhood
The up-and-coming Ostend area is home to the Frankfurt Zoo, Fritz Rémond Theater, and the green Hafenpark and Ostpark. All major German banks such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, DZ Bank and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen are in under 30 min by public transport, making living at Gref-Völsing-Straße the ideal place for both work and leisure.

Please note that this is a shared apartment. You have your own bedroom and share all other specified rooms with your roommates.

Cleaning of the common areas once a week is included in the rent.
