The 28 sqm apartment costs € 1195 per month including all ancillary costs. Free of charge are the weekly cleaning, the Wlan, as well as the use of the washing machine and the dryer. The apartment is fully furnished with a nice garden view and high-quality furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped. All apartments are non-smoking.
