The apartment is located at the back of the building and gives a view over the courtyard and the East End from the 4th floor. You can reach the apartment via the stairway or use the elevator.
The stated additional costs include a blanket coverage of all occurring costs such as utilities, water, electricity, highspeed internet flat rate with up to 400 Mbit/s and TV, Rundfunkbeitrag (GEZ).

FURNISHING
The apartment will be rented fully furnished (see pictures). Use the comfortable armchair in the middle of the room to relax or to enjoy a movie on the 55-inch Samsung TV. The windows can be darkened with roller blinds. The box-spring bed (1.20 m) offers space to rest and additional storage space with the bed box. Furthermore, the corner-wardrobe, a sideboard and a bedside table are available to store your personal belongings. 2 blankets and pillows as well as bed linen and towels will be provided.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances such as dishwasher, stove, oven-microwave-combi, fridge with separate freezer, Nespresso De`longhi coffee machine, water boiler, and an integrated washer-dryer. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, kitchen towels and cooking utensils are provided as well.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, bathtub with mirror and storage drawer and a large shower with glass door and rainshower. The apartment is also equipped with an iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. A storage is available in the basement.

LOCATION
The Ostend (East End) is a neighborhood with growing popularity due to the changes and transformations that took place in the past decade. In proximity to Europe’s biggest market hall the European Central Bank has its new headquarter and the former industrial area of Hanauer Landstraße has put on a young and modern face. The Weseler Werft between Großmarkthalle and the Main has become a meeting spot for dragon boats and open-air concerts. The East End is exciting and great to live in.
Shopping opportunities for your daily needs are in close proximity to the apartment. The East End also offers great transport connections. The suburban train station “Ostendtraße” (3-minute foot walk) brings you to the city center within 3 minutes. You are also well connected to the subway station “Ostbahnhof” and the tram station “Ostendstraße”. The motorway A661 connects you to Offenbach or the Taunus and can be reached within 5 minutes by car.
