In a quiet residential area not far from the Frankfurter Berg S-Bahn station, a furnished 3-room apartment will be sublet from January 2024.
The part to be rented consists of a 15 m² spacious bedroom (incl. double bed, desk and wardrobe) as well as a large living room (incl. solid wood table with chairsm sofa lounge and a chimney) and a kitchen equipped with electrical appliances, a bathroom, a balcony and a storage room for shared use. In the cellar, a washing machine and dryer is available.
Heating, electricity and connectivity for TV/internet are included. The all-inclusive price of EUR 950 is for one person.
