The flat is very centrally located (6 minutes from the main station by train, by bike it takes 10 minutes to the Alster), it is very bright and friendly and although so central, still very quiet. The A1 and A24 motorways can be reached quickly and there is a nice park to relax in 5 minutes on foot. The neighbours are quiet and friendly.
