Unsere sonnige 70qm Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Hamburg-Bahrenfeld, welches sich wachsender Beliebtheit bei den Locals erfreut und verfügt über zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer, sowie ein Einzelbett in der separaten Galerie-Ebene.

Die Wohnküche mit Tresen und angrenzendem Süd-Balkon, lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Klönen ein. Der große Wohn- & Essbereich zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung selbst erstreckt sich über drei Ebenen. Sie liegt im Dachgeschoss einer hübschen Appartement-Anlage und ist über mehrere Fahrstühle bequem zu erreichen.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das erste Schlafzimmer (Bett 140*200), das Duschbad mit bodentiefer Dusche, sowie eine Wohnküche mit Tresen und angeschlossenem (Süd-)Balkon. Die Küche verfügt über einen Induktionsherd, Backofen, eine Wasch- und eine Spülmaschine.

Im zweiten Stockwerk erwartet Sie ein grosses Wohn- & Esszimmer mit großem 50"-Smart-TV und sehr hohe Decken, sowie das zweite Schlafzimmer (Bett 150*200).

Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man auch in die dritte (Galerie-)Ebene, wo sich ein Einzelbett (90*200) befindet. Ihr Kind wird die dritte Ebene wegen des offenen und abenteuerlichen Charakters lieben (empfohlen ab ca. 8 Jahren), eine erwachsene Person findet auf dem Bett ebenfalls bequem Platz.

Im Mietpreis inkludiert sind alle (der Haushaltsgröße entsprechenden) verbrauchsbedingten Kosten, sowie W-Lan. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, stellen wir auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung.

Our sunny 70sqm maisonette apartment is located in the heart of Hamburg-Bahrenfeld, which is enjoying growing popularity among locals and has two separate bedrooms, as well as a single bed in the separate gallery level.

The eat-in kitchen with bar and adjoining south-facing balcony invites you to cook and chat together. The large living & dining area for relaxing. The apartment itself extends over three levels. It is located in the attic of a pretty apartment complex and can be easily reached via several lifts.

On the ground floor there is the first bedroom (bed 140*200), the bathroom with shower, as well as a kitchen-cum-living-room with bar and attached (south-)balcony. The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

On the second floor you will find a large living & dining room with a large 50" smart TV and very high ceilings, as well as the second bedroom (bed 150*200).

From the living room you also reach the third (gallery) level, where there is a single bed (90*200). Your child will love the third level because of its open and adventurous character (recommended from about 8 years), an adult person will also find a comfortable place on the bed.

Included in the rental price are all consumption-related costs (corresponding to the size of the household) as well as W-Lan. An underground parking space is available on request.
