Right in the middle and yet quiet. It couldn't be more central. This city apartment in the Gängeviertel is on the 3rd floor, at treetop level, in a listed red brick building. The view goes to the Michel and the Hummel fountain. Overall, the rooms are quite bright, as all rooms have windows except for the hallway. Since there is no road directly in front of the house and the house and the area as a whole is very quiet, you can sleep with the window open. The apartment was completely renovated between October 2022 and March 2023 and was thus brought up to date. Hamburg city center
Between the town hall, Michel and the harbour. It couldn't be more central. The city center with the Rathausmarkt and the Alster, the neighborhood with its Reeperbahn, the port with the Landungsbrücken or the trendy district of Schanze can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The Axel-Springer-Platz bus stop can be reached in 1-2 minutes on foot, as can the Mitte district office. It is about a 4-minute walk to the Stadthausbrücke S-Bahn and the Rödingsmarkt subway, and about 10 minutes on foot to the Jungfernstieg/Rathaus (underground and S-Bahn and several bus lines).

Shops for daily needs are just around the corner, as is the 47-hectare Planten park in Blomen, and there are also nice cafes, bars and great restaurants right around the corner. A weekly market takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays at the nearby Großneumarkt.
