You use the entire apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor on the right. The apartment is lovingly furnished. The special thing about the bedroom is the wonderfully large bed with its dimensions of 2.20 x 2.10. The equipment is puristic. The sleeping possibility for the 3rd person is in the living room and is solved by a comfortable bed 90x1.90.
The balcony overlooks the greenery of allotment gardens and in summer a large tree provides shade.
The kitchen is fully equipped. A coffee filter machine or a Bodrum is available for the coffee.
An additional cleaning service & laundry service is available by prior arrangement and for a fee. You can park easily and free of charge directly on the public road in front of the house. Our property has a large garden. You are welcome to use this.

The guest tax of the city of Leipzig is currently suspended retrospectively from November 22nd, 2021 by decision of the council meeting of December 8th, 2021.
