Charming apartment in Dresden´s trendy neighbourhood

The beautiful flat with roof beams in the living room and bedroom from the 19th century is on the edge of Dresden's trendy and Wilhelminian district: the Neustadt. Lots of nice bars, restaurants, small shops, galleries, beer gardens, clubs ... all within walking distance. Tram stops (13, 11) around the corner, train station "Dresden-Neustadt" 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by tram. It is a 15-minute walk through the beautiful baroque quarter to the old town or 10 minutes by tram.
