The flat is in the downtown area, called "Kassberg", the biggest undestroyed "art nouveau quarter" in Germany. The house is built around 1900 and the apartment is modernised 2020. Just the bathroom is from 2000. There is a big kitchen area with a BBQ Grill outside on the balcony and on the second floor there is a roof terrace. There is outdoor furniture and an umbrella on the outside for enjoying summer days.
