Smoking is not allowed in the indoor rooms, but we have a balcony where it is possible. The balcony has a garden view. This apartment is located in our residential building on the 2nd floor. We live in Gaschwitz, which is a district of Markkleeberg. You can reach the city center of Leipzig in 20 minutes by S-Bahn, and this S-Bahn stop can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. A bakery for fresh rolls and bread can also be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Supermarket is also nearby. We are in the middle of the lakes, by bike you can reach Cospudener See, Markkleeberger See or Störmtaler See in 15 minutes.
