The airport is 10min and the city centre 5min away by tram. You can also walk to the city in about 10 min. The studio is 2 min away from the nearest tram station. The nearest supermarket is just around the corner, with bakeries within short walking distance.
The area around the house is residential with lots of restaurants as well as cafes and pubs in the area.
