Type of contract: For rentals of up to 3 months, the total rent must be paid in advance. For a rental period longer than 3 months, the first and last full month's rent must be paid in advance. The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged.
In addition to the rent, every month 300,- € of minimum prepayments for the consumption costs of water (cold/hot), heating (gas) and energy must be paid monthly. This amount usually covers the cost for normal, usual consumption. If the consumption costs are higher than the minimum prepayments, the difference must be paid by the tenant.
