This apartment is a newly refurbished self contained apartment in the heart of lovely Schöneberg. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a lovely balcony and modern kitchen.
The apartment complex is on private grounds with it’s own car park which operates 5 spaces on a first come first serve basis and charged at 100 Euros monthly.
Clothes washing facilities are shared in the basement but you are able to dry your clothes in your apartment using facilities available.
We provide a tv for use via wifi connection, however when you register your stay you will be liable to pay a tv licence in Germany, you will be sent an invoice every few months and it must be paid, this amount is non-refundable and is not part of the monthly rent.
Small pets are allowed
You are 5 mins from the closest S Bahn which will connect you to the rest of the city.
Weekly cleaning of the apartment along with fresh bedding and towels are included within the price.
The Apartments are on a self check in basis with access instructions emailed to tenants one day before arrival.
