Your room is approximately 22 square meters, bright and has high ceilings with stucco -
The floor is made of real wood and the windows are super noise-repellent
There is a wooden structure in the room (see pictures), it shouldn't bother you or what you do with it when I'm gone I don't care :) But you can use it as a great room divider.
Since my roommate is also moving out, her room would also be available.
Central in Friedrichshain - between Warschauer Str. And Ostkreuz and near Boxhagener Platz.
The M21 and M13 as well as the Bus 240 leave from the front door. It is about 8 minutes on foot to Ostkreuz and about 10 minutes by tram to Warschauer Str. Alexanderplatz is about 20 minutes from here.
Surrounded by countless restaurants, bars and clubs are easy to reach (e.g. RAW-Site or Sisyphus / About Blank etc.)
On Frankfurter Allee (approx. 6 minutes away) you will find all shops, gyms and doctors.
Everything you need is close by :)
Flat share life
You will live with Martha and another person who is not yet firm because my roommate's room is also free.
Martha is a loving, open, honest and fun person - and I only leave my heart with a heavy heart.
Whether mutual wake-up service, coffee service, yoga visits, evenings in bars or at home in the kitchen - if you feel like it, it won't be boring. It is also important that everyone has their own space and is respected.
Please write us something about yourself: What brings you to Berlin, what do you do in your free time, how do you imagine living in a flat share, etc;)!
You can also write to us in English, you can also attach your Facebook profile.
I hope to hear from you soon
