The property is located in Oberschöneweide, a neighborhood with a very authentic taste of a typical German neighborhood, only 200 meters away from HTW University. The street provides all the necessary amenities to have an easy and relaxing life. All shops, restaurants, parks, supermarkets, and markets are around the corner and the public transports are within walking distance.
