The whole building belongs to us. This way you get to be part of an existing social group of an international and multicultural community. Rent includes all utility costs. The building provides a laundry room that tenants can use for a fee (paid by tenant). The area is extraordinarily safe.
The Building is located in Leibnizstraße, Charlottenburg, one of the best areas to live in Berlin!
It's 5 minute walk from public transportation: U-bhan, S-bhan, Bus. All major supermarkets are less than 5 minutes' walk and have free parking in the street.
The neighborhood is extremely vibrant and surrounded by many stores, restaurants, cafes, businesses, boutiques, and much more! The property is well placed in terms of proximity to the nearby park to enjoy the sun and a handful of stores and nice places to visit!

- CHECK-IN: Monday - Friday from 1 to 3 pm. Please come to our office located in Kantstraße with an appointment.
- PAYMENT: The booking amount paid through Housing anywhere is considered as 1st month's rent for the tenant.
- DEPOSIT: Tenants have to pay the complete deposit which is double the rent before signing the contract and checking in/moving into the property.
