The Queen size bed (1,40 m x 2,00 m) is equipped with a healthy mattress with a particularly high level of comfort. The well-designed cabinet with intelligent storage options offers enough space. Light accents emphasize the room concept. In the bathroom, the large walkin shower with rain shower invites you to relax, e.g. after a hard workout in the in-house fitness room/gym. You can chill in the evening on the roof terrace on the 15th floor with a breathtaking view of the city and Alps view. Here you will find new friends. The professionally equipped kitchen lounge offers plenty of space for cooking together with friends e.g. for birthday parties. The concierge service is at your disposal and will be happy to help you, be it for questions about the surrounding, cleaning services, package acceptance and much more. In the basement of the house there is a personal storage room and large locked bike rooms. An underground parking space is optionally available (extra fee). A private washer/dryer is available in the apartment. The Hirschgarten is located in the immediate vicinity for relaxing walks in nature or for sporting activities. It is also home to the largest beer garden in the world. Grocery stores, doctors and restaurants are also within walking distance. In terms of traffic, you can walk to the Hirschgarten S-Bahn station in 4 minutes, in the direction of the city center or to the airport, or by car in a few minutes on the middle ring to the motorway in all directions.
