New, modern and high quality furnishings. Arrive and feel good! Separate entrance with 24-hour check-in and check-out. The apartment has access to a piece of garden with a lawn (approx. 20m²) and garden furniture, a grill and a parasol. A special highlight outside: Hollywood swing to relax and unwind. If the weather doesn’t play along or your feet are tired, you can end the evening with the Smart TV (please remember to log in). Underfloor heating. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee French press, espresso maker, all the utensils you need. An initial supply of spices, coffee, tea, vinegar / oil, dishwasher tabs and hygiene papers are of course available. The beds are equipped with reversible mattresses (H2 / H3 and H3 / H4), four-season duvets should provide every guest with a comfortable sleeping environment. Usually percale quality bed linen. And for the warmest days there is a summer bed with a thin cotton blanket to choose from. Nice hotel towels are waiting for you in the bathroom.
