The apartment is in a new building in the commercial area Sudetenstrasse in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn. Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn is located east of Munich, conveniently close to the freeways A9 Salzburg and A99 Nuremberg, via which you can reach the city limits of Munich in about 15 minutes. The S-Bahn station Wächterhof (one stop before Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn) is about 3 minutes walk from the apartment. With the S-Bahn, which runs every 20 minutes, you can get to Ostbahnhof in about 20 minutes and to Marienplatz in 30 minutes.
