This beautiful 3-room flat has been freshly renovated and has parquet flooring throughout the living area.
The kitchen is very high quality and modern and contains energy-saving brand appliances. These include a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine. The dining table is made of solid wood.
The living room has a very large couch that can be extended in depth to create another 1.40 metre wide bed, making it ideal for use as a guest bed. The W-Lan TV and the coffee table (also made of solid wood) round off the living room.
The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a very good view and allow plenty of light into the flat and can be darkened by external blinds.
The bedroom has a large new box-spring bed (double bed 1.40 metres wide) made of wood.

As we only put this furniture in the room when we know what is needed, there is no photo of this room in the advert. However, it is comparable to the bedroom which is located parallel to it.
