In diesem verwunschenen Idyll fehlt es an nichts, wenn ihr nach Feierabend einfach mal mit Freunden chillen und grillen wollt auf dem großen Sonnenholzdeck (Südausrichtung) direkt vor eurer Wohnung. Hier wachsen euch die Weintrauben direkt in den Mund - dafür müsst ihr nur die bodentiefen Fensterfronten im Wohnzimmer oder der offenen Wohnküche öffnen und schon steht ihn in eurem ganz eigenen Gartentraum.
Oder ihr hängt euch eine Hängematte in die eigenen Birn- und Apfelbäume und lasst einfach nur mit geschlossenen Augen die Seele baumeln. Die gesamte Wohnung ist geschmackvoll möbliert (Bett mit Bettwäsche, Sofaecke, Esstisch, begehbarer Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch).

Stuttgart Süd - 5 Minuten zum wunderschönen Bihlplatz, mit toller Gastronomie (Restaurant Ochsen), Brasserie, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Buch im Süden und eigenem Markt an jedem Samstag. Nächste U-Bahn-Station Bihlplatz oder Südheimer Platz (hier auch Supermarkt)- jeweils max. 5 Minuten.
Ca. 20 Minuten fussläufig ins Zentrum.

In this haunted idyll, there is no lack, if you just after work chill out with friends and barbecue on the large wooden deck (south facing) right in front of your apartment. Here, the grapes grow directly into your mouth - you just have to open the floor to ceiling windows in the living room or the open kitchen and it is already in your very own garden dream. Or you hang a hammock in your own pear and apple trees and just let your eyes relax with your eyes closed. The entire apartment is tastefully furnished (bed with linen, sofa, dining table, walk-in closet, desk).
More idyll in such a central location is barely possible.
Stuttgart South - 5 minutes to the beautiful Bihlplatz, with great food (restaurant oxen), brasserie, bakery, pharmacy, book in the south and own market every Saturday. Nearest underground station Bihlplatz or Südheimer Platz (here also supermarket) - each max. 5 minutes. Approximately 20 minutes walk to the city center.
