The old town of Durlach (with many nice pubs/restaurants and shopping options) can be reached either on foot (about 10-15 minutes) or by bus (bus stop about 100 meters from the residential complex). From there, you can take the tram to the city center in 10 minutes. The city center of Karlsruhe is about 4 km away and easily reachable by car in about 10 minutes.

Living space
Through a beautiful entrance area, you enter the bright and modern open kitchen. Here you will find a high table with bar stools where you can enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and kitchen utensils.

In the spacious and light-flooded living room, you will find a comfortable black leather couch.
