Our Mediterranean apartment house is located in the southern outskirts of Gernsbach. The "Pearl of the Murg Valley", as Gernsbach is also called, is located in the middle of the mountain-lined Black Forest Valley Road, protected in one of the most beautiful and largest forest areas in the Black Forest with around 14,000 inhabitants. The conservation area with numerous hiking and walking trails begins right next to our house. It is only 700 m to the historic old town, which is worth seeing and where a large number of shops and restaurants invite you to stroll and linger. It is only 700 m to the tram stop, 5 km to Gaggenau, 15 km to Rastatt (A5) and 35 km to Karlsruhe.
