Life in the railroad keeper's house in the middle of the…

Hello,
For 2 years we have lovingly renovated and furnished an old railroad keeper's cottage in the middle of the forest.
Now we had a heart attack and we think we should travel the world for a very long time.
We don't want to leave the cottage empty for so long because it won't get any better.
But we don't want any strange permanent tenants that we can't get out or people who don't appreciate the lovely house. Because of an allergy. We also don't want any animals or smokers
....Ups.... many demands.
But the house offers everything that someone who needs nature and peace and quiet needs. Something special for special people.
Rental period approx. 1 year or by arrangement.
The cottage is on the edge of the Black Forest in 721i2 Sulz Fischingen. (700 m away from the village on the Neckar) There is nothing going on except a bakery and a rustic Baiz. All stores are 5 km away in Sulz or 9 km away in Horb. The highway is 4 KM away in Empfingen.
