📸 5 min walking from Passeig de Sant Joan.

💬 Does the room rate change?
Depending on how long you stay there is an increase (or not).
- 10-11 months: +0%
- 7-9 months: +10%
- 4-6 months: +20%
- 1-3 months: +25%
⚠️ IMPORTANT: The standard price will be paid on the platform and the difference will be paid to he owner.

💬 What do I have to pay to book?
✔ 1st month's rent payment .
- Other payments directly to the owner:
✔ Deposit payment (2 months of rent)
The deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay, with a deduction of 100€ to pay for the checkout cleaning.
✔ Payment of utilities (135€ per person) including water, electricity, gas, wifi and weekly cleaning of common areas.
After the first month, you will only be charged the monthly rent and supplies.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: In order to fully confirm your reservation, the deposit must be paid before your arrival.

💬 I have booked but would like to cancel, will I receive a refund of my deposit?
- More than 31 days before your arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Between 30 and 16 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
