Véritable "Oasis urbain" aux consonances orientales, ce superbe espace au style bohème et nomade se trouve à 5 minutes de la gare SNCF et à deux pas du luxuriant Jardin des Plantes. Notre appartement a été entièrement rénové en Décembre 2020 et peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 voyageurs.
Intégralement pensé pour un séjour confortable, c'est l'endroit idéal où poser ses valises. Que ce soit pour des raisons professionnelles ou pour des vacances, vous serez en proximité immédiate avec l'hyper centre.
Le logement
D’une superficie de 120m2 au total, cet oasis urbain et chic, se compose d'une vaste pièce de vie avec salon, cuisine ouverte (très bien agencée), 3 chambres spacieuses, de 2 salles de bain et d'une niche perchée dans le salon ou pourrons y dormir 2 personnes confortablement.
La cuisine dispose de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos repas : frigo-congélateur, table de cuisson 4 feux, four, four à micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine à café Nespresso et de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine...
Parmi les 4 espaces nuit : 3 chambres sont dotées d'un couchage "queensize" et d'une petite armoire/penderie pour y ranger vos affaires. Une chambre est munie de 2 lits jumeaux ultra confort.
2 salles de douche ainsi que 2 WC sont à votre disposition. Aussi, vous trouverez un sèche-cheveux ainsi que du linge de douche dans les salles de bain. N'encombrez pas votre valise, tout est prévu pour vous !
Pour votre confort, vous aurez également à votre disposition une machine à laver, un fer et une table à repasser.
Naturellement, le Wifi est accessible et inclus dans le prix de votre location.

Notre appartement n’est aucunement prévu pour effectuer ni fêtes, ni soirée. La discrétion étant de rigueur pour le respect du voisinage.

A veritable "urban oasis" with oriental sounds, this superb bohemian and nomadic space is 5 minutes from the SNCF train station and a stone's throw from the lush Jardin des Plantes. Our apartment has been fully renovated in December 2020 and accommodates up to 8 guests.
Completely designed for a comfortable stay, this is the perfect place to put your luggage. Whether for work or vacation, you will be in close proximity to the hyper center.
The space
Covering an area of 120m2 in total, this urban and chic oasis, consists of a large living room with living room, open kitchen (very well arranged), 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a niche perched in the living room or can sleep 2 people comfortably.
The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare your meals: fridge-freezer, 4-burner cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and many cooking utensils...
Among the 4 sleeping areas: 3 bedrooms are equipped with a queen-size bed and a small wardrobe/wardrobe to store your belongings. One bedroom has 2 ultra-comfortable twin beds.
2 shower rooms and 2 toilets are at your disposal. Also, you will find a hair dryer as well as shower linen in the bathrooms. Don't clutter your suitcase, everything is for you !
For your convenience, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
