Hi, I’m Rayya !

I am named after a crater of Enceladus !

I am a contemporary and rustic residence, I was born in 1930, in Nantes . Only a few minutes from the Porte de Rennes and 25 minutes from the city center, I am very accessible by the tram 2 (in front of the house).

I am large: 300sqm, enough to accommodate the full and exciting lives of 11 happy tenants. My plan for your enjoyment? A big living rooms with a kitchen and a dining area but also a large garden to share! All in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

And because one can want to share a rent but not his intimacy, I offer to each one its night space with shared or private bathroom. Who says better ?
