Our rooms are very comfy and come with an ensuite bathroom. You will find a double bed, two nightstands with a reading lamp, a carpet as well as a large wardrobe. A smart work station, a comfy arm chair, a tea table as well as a standing lamp complete the perfect co-living look & feel. Adding to that, all rooms are equipped with small additional items such as rack, coat hangers and a hair dryer.
Located at the ground floor, the apartment has a total size of 98 sqm. A co-living area with a comfy sofa and a smart tv will help to relax at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Three large private bedrooms complete the layout. As an extra, you will have access to a garden shared with two other (private) apartments.

Place de la Reunion is located at the corner of the streets Alexandre Dumas, de Terre-Neuve, de la Reunion, Vitruvius, and du Sentier de la Pointe. The building can be reached on line 2 at the Alexandre Dumas station and by line 9 at the Maraichers station, as well as bus line 26. The farmers market runs on Thursdays and Sundays from 7am to 2.30pm.

Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.
